Even outside of it, it's an amazing piece to wake up to.

preciousken This track is a bop. With firecracker exploding chain guitar work by Sebastian Svalland. I went in blind expecting cold razor precision on the production. Which is exactly what I got. What I was pleasantly surprised by was the range and voice charisma of Graves. It oozes with thick viscus grime and light footed cadence that keeps the energy constant and focused. The song also gives a tight compressed poetry of lyrics that convey a relatable idea in the modern era without an abundance of words.

My new single “Automaton” is about trying to reclaim one’s humanity and identity in a world that often demands they be sacrificed. A cold and mechanical mid tempo club track that evolves into an explosion of guitars and energetic screams, “Automaton” is a celebration of the human condition. Once again, guitars have been provided by Swedish virtuoso Sebastian Svalland (PAIN, Letters from the Colony, LINDEMANN) which breathe soul into an otherwise lifeless machine. Produced and mixed by none other than Rhys Fulber (Frontline Assembly, Delerium, Conjure One, Fear Factory).

The machine awakens on March 5th.
